Portsmouth Community Conferencing

Daybreak FGC is delighted to be funded by the Hand-in-Hand initiative to introduce a community based programme to address anti-social behaviour in the city, particularly involving young people, by the introduction of community conferencing.

Two of the key outcomes are:

An enhanced involvement in local response to anti-social behaviour in communities, involving everyone affected.
An enhanced feeling of safety within communities.

We will work with local communities, Youth Offending Teams, Childrens Services Teams, Youth Service teams, Education, Police, Victim Support and other agencies to work collaboratively to introduce community conferencing. Outcome data will be collected and an Evaluation Report will be produced at the conclusion of the pilot.
